These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pksolt platform, including all betting, gaming, bonus, and account services available at pksolt.app. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pksolt. Age verification via CNIC is required prior to your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-age individuals will be permanently suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
Each individual may hold only one active pksolt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings associated with the secondary account. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
All promotional bonuses credited to your pksolt account carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until requirements are met.
Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard are processed in PKR. Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit on your account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pksolt login credentials. All activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorised access.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on pksolt. Detected violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pksolt platform available at pksolt.app (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "pksolt", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the pksolt operating entity. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use pksolt's services. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pksolt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending satisfactory age verification.
pksolt's services are offered to users in jurisdictions where accessing such services is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pksolt is lawful in your location. pksolt may restrict access from certain geographic regions at its discretion and without prior notice.
To register an account on pksolt, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
You agree to keep your registration information up to date. pksolt reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Each individual may hold only one active pksolt account. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pksolt will close all secondary accounts, void any bonuses credited to those accounts, and may forfeit any winnings generated from bonus funds across all associated accounts. If you have lost access to your existing account, please contact pksolt support rather than creating a new registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pksolt account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify pksolt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pksolt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, pksolt is required to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC obligations. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or source of funds, may be requested in certain circumstances. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All pksolt accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, odds, and winning calculations are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific international markets.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. pksolt reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without notice.
pksolt accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
All deposits to pksolt are processed in PKR and credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing time. pksolt does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pksolt accepts no responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount on pksolt is Rs 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your pksolt account are legally owned by you and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. pksolt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may freeze account balances and report suspicious deposit activity where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals are available to users who have completed KYC verification, have a real-money balance of at least the applicable minimum withdrawal amount, and have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to their current balance cycle. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a successful deposit on the same account.
pksolt aims to process all approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Card withdrawals may take three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within your pksolt account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request. pksolt reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
pksolt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks may delay processing beyond standard timeframes. pksolt will communicate any such delay to the user via their registered email address within twenty-four (24) hours of the withdrawal request being placed.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pksolt are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your pksolt account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible game contributions, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
pksolt strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and exploiting promotional errors or technical faults. Where bonus abuse is identified, pksolt reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
pksolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing, provided the user continues to meet all applicable promotion terms.
All wagers placed on pksolt are subject to acceptance by the Platform. pksolt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases where odds were published in error, where the bet contradicts applicable sporting body rules, or where pksolt reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns on a given market.
All sports betting odds displayed on pksolt are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds accepted at the time your bet is confirmed are final. For live in-play markets, pksolt may suspend betting at any time during an event. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned — for PSL and international cricket, this means the result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) respectively.
All casino games and live dealer games available on pksolt use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game or live betting session, pksolt will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on the game state recorded on its servers at the point of failure. Where game state cannot be reliably determined, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the user's balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pksolt Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content, software, trademarks, logos, visual designs, game assets, data feeds, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the pksolt Platform are the exclusive property of pksolt or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or intellectual property without the prior written consent of pksolt. Unauthorised use of pksolt's intellectual property may result in legal action.
pksolt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on pksolt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pksolt implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect user data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, bcrypt password hashing, and restricted internal access controls. pksolt's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pksolt account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your pksolt account at any time by contacting pksolt support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have associated bonus funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.
pksolt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to pksolt will be returned to your last verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pksolt's operating entity is incorporated and licenced, as specified in its international gaming licence. References to Pakistani law or Pakistani regulatory context in these Terms are informational and do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction by pksolt's operating entity.
In the event of any dispute between you and pksolt arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you should first contact pksolt support to seek an informal resolution. pksolt will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable under pksolt's gaming licence jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
pksolt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pksolt will notify registered users via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by a regulatory instruction, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.
The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at pksolt.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
